You may register for events by printing and completing the printer friendly copy of the form and mailing it with your non-refundable deposit ($50) to: Calling Lakes Centre, Box 159, Fort Qu'Appelle, SK S0G 1S0

You can complete the form below and press the "SUBMIT" button to register via email. HOWEVER this will only place your name on the event list, please remember to mail in your non-refundable deposit ($50) to secure your place in the program.

NOTE: Registrants of Designated Lay Ministry (DLM) program DO NOT need to send in the $50 deposit. Lay Worship Leaders Program nonrefundable deposit is $125, and Courage to Lead is $175.
