for Called to Renewal Campaign

Calling Lakes Centre is holding a Fabric Arts Gala to help raise funds for the Called to Renewal Campaign. Our hope is that quilters and crafty people will donate some of their creations to this cause. In conjunction with this we are holding special cost-subsidized Quilt Retreats as a way to "give back" to quilters and to introduce you to possibilities for future quilting "retreats" at Calling Lakes Centre.

1^st Retreat: Monday, March 26 (2 pm) to Wednesday, March 28 (1 pm)

2^nd Retreat: Friday, March 30 (6 pm supper) to Sunday, April 1 (1 pm)

Whether working on unfinished objects or new projects – retreat to Calling Lakes Centre for unhindered creative time shared with other quilters. No interruptions, no food preparation – only time for quilting of your choice, including the option to be part of a mystery project led by facilitators.

For a really special quilting treat, register for both retreats, taking place in the same week. The second retreat will be more centered on the beginner quilter but anyone would be welcome to stay on. Just imagine an entire week of quilting. What fun!
