Energy Work as Spiritual Practice

Friday, February 28 (6 pm supper) to Sunday, March 2 (1 pm)

Energy work; crystals; tarot; runes; angels; all these are embraced by people who call themselves spiritual but not religious.  All these are ways in which many in our society connect with the Divine.  Whether we consider ourselves “spiritual” or “religious”,  or both -- or neither, we can draw upon these practices to enrich our own spiritual lives and begin to understand the power of alternative spiritual practices.  Join Hazel Arbon and Elizabeth Goodson as they guide us in enriching our spiritual practices.

Hazel Arbon is a Spiritual Director, a Crystal Healing Practitioner, and a Reiki Practitioner.  Hazel is an artist working with the mediums of water colour, scratchboard art, collage, fabric art and renovating her home.  She also loves to develop rituals that honour our special moments and the transitions in our life journey.
Elizabeth Goodson, MSc, BEd is currently serving as a DLM in south-eastern Saskatchewan.  She is a Spiritual Director, Reiki Master, Healing Pathways practitioner and certified Crystal Healer Practitioner.  She regularly leads retreats in which participants explore a variety of spiritual practises.
