Cookies, Bars & Candy

GINGER SNAPS 
Mae Schlamp, Grenfell UCW

¾ cup margarine ½ tsp salt
1 cup sugar 1 tsp ginger
1 egg 1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup molasses 2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
Mix all together, roll into balls and dip in sugar. Don’t press down. Bake at 325° .
