CHRISTMAS PARTY SLICE
Laura Thomson, Regina, SK

Base: 1 cup flour
cup butter cup brown sugar
Mix and put in bottom of pan. Bake 6 minutes at 300 .
Topping:
2 eggs, well beaten cup almond flakes
1 cup brown sugar cup coconut
tsp baking powder 3 Tbsp flour
cup green and red cherries (chopped) tsp salt
Mix together, place on baked base. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes. Ice with butter icing.
