PEA-PICKIN' CAKE

1 yellow cake mix 4 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil 1 small can mandarin oranges with juice
Mix well and put in 3 layer cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees until done (20-25 minutes).
Filling:
1 lg. container of Cool Whip 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
1 instant vanilla pudding powder
Mix thoroughly. Spread between layers and on top and sides. Refrigerate overnight. Note: Linda got this recipe from her sister in Florida. She has no idea how it got its name.
