Cakes, Pies and Desserts

CHOCOLATE ICING 
Margaret Lukey, Weyburn

1 cup icing sugar 2 egg yolks (from cake)
3 Tbsp soft butter 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 Tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla
Place ingredients in a bowl. Place in ice water and beat until fluffy and right for spreading.
