CHOCOLATE ICING

| 1 cup icing sugar |
2 egg yolks (from cake) |
| 3 Tbsp soft
butter |
2 squares unsweetened
chocolate, melted |
| 3 Tbsp milk |
1 tsp vanilla |
| Place ingredients in a bowl.
Place in ice water and beat until fluffy and right for
spreading. |
