Muffins, Quick Breads and Pancakes

SCUFFLES

1 pkg. yeast 1 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup warm water 1/2 cup milk
3 cups flour 2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp sugar 1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt 3 Tbsp cinnamon
Soak yeast in warm water for 15 minutes. Mix flour, sugar, salt and butter as for pie crust, then add milk, eggs and yeast mixture. Place in bowl, cover, leave in refrigerator overnight. Divide dough into six balls - roll each in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Cut in wedges and roll from wide end. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
