EASY CHICKEN AND PASTA

1 Tbsp vegetable oil   2 cups fresh or frozen cut vegetables
1 lb. chicken breast, cut into cubes 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 can cream of celery soup 2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
2 1/4 cups water
Heat oil to medium high in a large skillet, add chicken and cook until done. Set chicken aside. Combine soup, water, vegetables, and basil in skillet. Heat to boiling, stirring often. Stir in pasta and cook at medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often. Add chicken, cook at low heat for 5 minutes or until pasta is done. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired. Serves 4.
