OVEN FRIED CHICKEN  
A. Marie Swanson, Maryfield, SK

1 cup flour 2 Tbsp dry mustard
1 cup cracker crumbs 2 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp salt (I usually use less) 2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp celery salt 3 Tbsp msg or meat tenderizer
1 Tbsp pepper 1 tsp ginger
Mix these ingredients together and place in a storage container. When you want to make the chicken, put some of the above mixture into a plastic bag. Dampen chicken parts in water. Shake chicken pieces in plastic bag to coat. Place on a sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until done - approximately one hour, depending on the size of the chicken parts.
