CHICKEN ASIAN STYLE 
Bruce Ball, Calling Lakes Centre Board

1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp grated ginger  A few good dollops of hot sauce, or dash of cayenne
1 Tbsp grated or pureed garlic Optional: sesame oil, parsley, curry powder, turmeric, paprika
1/4 cup orange juice or 1 Tbsp lemon juice + sugar
Mix up marinade/sauce ingredients. Add whatever flavours you like, and as much hot spice as you prefer. Either marinate in a Ziploc bag for a couple of hours, or simply pour over chicken, turning once during cooking. Bake uncovered at 350(, about 50 minutes for thighs, or 20 - 25 minutes for breasts. Try not to overcook. This is another favourite for company, for which we never really measure the ingredients.
