PCTC PARTY PLUM MEATBALLS 
Anita Warriner, Alameda, SK

2 lb. ground meat (can use hamburger, sausage, or any combination thereof) 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 eggs 2 tsp salt
1/2 finely chopped onions 2 cups bread crumbs
1 Tbsp minced garlic 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Sauce:
1 cup plum jam
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Mix above ingredients. Make into meatballs. Brown in oven at 350 degrees or in a skillet. Mix sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. These freeze well and taste fabulous!
