Salads and Side Dishes

WHEAT SALAD 
Audrey Wilkinson, Weyburn, SK

1 cup wheat 1/2 tsp salt
 2 cup water
Boil and simmer 1 1/2 - 2 hours or overnight on low in crockpot. Cool.
1 tin crushed pineapple and juice 1 1/2 cups cooked wheat
1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding (dry) 1 carton whipped cream, whipped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
