|1 head Napa
||1/4 cup slivered
|1 medium red
||3 tbsp. sesame
|3 pkg. Ramen
noodles (any flavour)
||1/4 cup butter
or margarine or oil
cabbage lengthwise and then across into small pieces.
Don't use butt of cabbage. Dice onion finely. Mix in
covered container. Chill.
noodles into small pieces. Brown all three ingredients
(noodles, almonds and sesame seeds) in oil, margarine or
butter. (Can brown them on a cookie sheet in a 350( oven)
Cool and put in a covered container. Chill.

|1/2 cup vinegar
|1 cup sugar (or
|| 3 tsp. soy
together in covered container and chill. When ready to
eat, mix contents of three containers. (Don't need quite
as much dressing as the recipe calls for.)
