GRAPE JELLY

6 medium beets 1 pkg. grape Kool-Aid
7 1/2 cups sugar 1 bottle Certo pectin
Peel and cut beets. Cover with water and boil one hour. Let stand overnight. Strain juice. Add sugar and Kool-Aid, bring to a boil, add pectin and boil 4 minutes. Pour into jars and seal.
