Appetizers, Sauces and Beverages

FUN TIME HORS D'OEUVRES 
Lynette Calfas, Glenavon, SK

4 oz. pkg. cream cheese chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp sour cream chopped red pepper
2 Tbsp salad dressing or mayo chopped mushrooms
1/2 jar shrimp cocktail sauce chopped tomatoes
1 can small shrimp shredded cheddar cheese
chopped green onion
Beat together cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing, then spread onto plate. Pour cocktail sauce over, then sprinkle vegetables and shrimp over this. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top. Serve chilled. Excellent served with Ritz crackers.
