A Cookbook of Memories

Appetizers, Sauces and Beverages

ANTIPASTO
Bruce Ball, PCTC Board Member

2 tins of tuna 2 or 3 medium carrots
1 bottle of hot catsup 2 or 3 stalks celery
1 bottle of Chili Sauce (large size) 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tin of mushrooms 1 can pitted ripe black olives
1 jar of sweet pickled pearl onions 1 jar of green olives (can use broken salad olives)
1 jar mixed sweet pickles
Chop all ingredients very finely, and mix together. This is delicious on crackers during festive seasonal holidays and can be frozen. Put into sterile jars, and this will keep in the refrigerator for 6 - 8 weeks. It's also a good recipe to split with someone, provided you split the chopping task too.
